Loved this episode! My husband has a lot of truly weird food sensitivities, with lettuce being one of them, so I looooove a non-lettuce based salad! Big slaw fans around here. I also love how these kinds of deli salads are perfect for packing for lunch, because they get better over time! One we make a lot in the summer is a cucumber black bean feta deal with a miso-maple sauce - fabulous over a roasted sweet potato (or on its own).
